In January 2021, we inaugurated our first-ever woman (and woman of color), Kamala Harris, as Vice President of the United States — truly a great moment in our nation’s history. It also brings into sharp focus that it’s up to us to create the world we want to live in. We believe women’s voices need to be heard, now more than ever.

This event is a free, online song showcase coordinated by Left Door Streaming. You will be able to watch this event on Facebook and YouTube, and a link will be available here six days prior to the event.

We will be releasing brand new music videos written by the who’s who of female songwriters in the Pacific NW and beyond. The list of participating artists are below – you will not believe this line-up! These songs are a tribute to the women who have inspired these songwriters – historical figure, a relative or someone who has touched their lives in a significant way. The event will be emceed by Lady A, a powerhouse blues singer from Seattle.
